Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after receipt of your order. When purchasing training courses that are IRL, we will inform you of the nearest date when the courses are organized. Online courses are available immediately after purchase
We deliver within Sweden, with PostNord’s fees.
Delay in delivery
If there is a delay in delivery, we will let you know. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will make every effort to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible to complete the order, such as when our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer for delays in delivery.
Transport risk
